  • Topical Application: Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut, jojoba, sweet almond, avocado or apricot kernel oil) before applying to the skin.
  • Massage: Blend with carrier oils for a revitalizing muscle rub.  Generally 1 - 2% dilution ratio is recommended for essential oils. ie 1 - 2ml of essential oil per 100ml of carrier oil.
  • Hair Care: Add a few drops to shampoo or conditioner to nourish the scalp and promote healthy hair.
