Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Common Garden Health
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Only items that have been purchased directly from us at either our Online Store or Market can be returned otherwise you must go direct to the store of purchase.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please send us an email at info@commongardenhealth.com to discuss your reasons for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please post your purchase to be returned including a pre-paid return post pack with a printed copy of your approval email within 30 days of purchase date and we will happily process it for you.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@commongardenhealth.com

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit in a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. ​

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
